Validate the product, the scan, the pattern-making, the manufacturing process and the customer experience.
Goal · crowdfunding as market proof.
End H1 2027
Structure production with crowdfunding capital: machines, industrialization, quality, lead times, costs. In parallel: PUTCH DNA, marketing, community.
Goal · move from prototype to repeatable system.
End 2027
Develop the PUTCH app and prepare the first concept store in Switzerland, if revenue targets are met with Portugal-based production.
Goal · turn the experience into a retail model.
From 2028
Roll out the model gradually across several European countries: local production, mastered customer experience, engaged community.
Goal · prove the model scales.
From 2032
Deploy the model internationally. This milestone marks the moment when PUTCH proves its system works at scale.
Goal · trigger the pivot of the textile industry.
